Clouds, now streaming on Disney+, is based on true events of a 17-year-old boy named Zach Sobiech. Sobiech was terminally ill in 2012, and wrote a love song called "Clouds" to help himself let go. "Clouds" was soon to hit No. 1 on iTunes single chart shortly after his death.

The role of Zach isplayed by Fin Argus, a 22-year-old actor from Des Plaines, Florida. Argus truly embodies the role being the perfect fit to show the emotion of the film.

The opening scene of Zach performing “Sexy and I Know It” was a heartwarming beginning, showing off Zach’s light hearted personality. Throughout the movie, the cast blended really well together, each making the audience feel the raw emotion between the roles and struggles they all faced.

When in class, Zach's teacher, played by actor Lil Rel Howrey, asks the class to write their college essays. It starts to upset Zach until Howrey says, “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”

The question struck close to home to Zach while his time
was running out with his one life, which set the mood for the rest of the film. Reminding the audience to not waste your time in the world, and to make sure it is in fact “wild and precious."

The emotional movie is perfect for a night in with friends and family, or alone, but make sure to have tissues ready on deck. It is a playful, heartwarming, dismal film that will leave you in tears while wanting more.
