Top Gun: Maverick is the action packed sequel to
Top Gun the new Top Gun is way more entertaining than the last. It's been more than 35 year since the release of the original, Tom Cruise appears in both movies, he plays the same role in both movies. The sequel grossed over a one billion dollars in theaters, and released to digital August 23, 2022, which will be followed by 4k, blu-ray and DVD on November first.
In my opinion this is a great movie for the person who loves action and a little bit of romance. Even though it has been 35 years since the first Top Gun, this movie is better in every way from the first, but still the same kind of movie everyone loves. Tom Cruise tried to dodge a sequel for decades, he didn't want to glorify war. This is why
Top Gun Maverick is so bloodless, untroubled it doesn't even feel like a war film.
Overall I really loved this movie, if you're into action, romance, and drama in one this is the movie for you. I give this movie a 9.6/10.
