At the Carlisle Barracks, Enchanting Adventures held a Princess Brunch Event for children on April 14, and I was able to be a part of it as a princess. There was food, carriage rides, and photo opportunities.
Enchanting Adventures, operated by sisters Cassie and Sammy Villalobos, organizes events for children, especially military kids. They held a Superhero Easter Egg Hunt on April 1, multiple storytelling sessions, and other princess events. They plan to hold many more.
Currently, the organization is volunteer-only; the dresses are made by Cassie, Sammy makes jewelry, and donations of all sorts are taken.
As a volunteer, I went to training and assisted with crafts and decorations. Rehearsals included practicing how to walk as the assigned character, how to interact with different kids, and understanding the schedule.
